  5. When conducting business, the Administrator collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, primarily the provisions of RODO.
  6. The Administrator, in order to perform the sales service, discloses the collected data to entities – service providers needed to perform the sales contract for the Buyer (including couriers, shipping companies, postal services, etc.).
  7. In the situation of directing correspondence to the Administrator in the form of e-mail, the collected personal data resulting from this correspondence will be used by the Administrator only for correspondence, communication purposes.
  8. The Administrator shall process personal data for the period of time necessary for the performance – implementation of the service resulting from the Administrator’s business activities. The period of processing may be extended, in particular when their processing is necessary for the purposes of claim, defense, after this period only to the extent that they are necessary according to applicable law.

The Administrator also collects and processes personal data as a result of business activities and resulting cases, e.g. business meetings, participation in trade fairs, and other events, among others, through the exchange of business cards. The legal basis for the above activities of the Administrator in this regard is Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO and the purpose of developing business networks.

    • obtain a copy of their personal data
    • to have their personal data erased when their processing is not necessary for the realization of any purposes for which they were collected, to have their consent for the processing of personal data withdrawn, except when relevant regulations and legal grounds oblige the Administrator to collect the data within a certain period of time
    • information on how the data are processed, the Administrator then informs about the processing of the data, in particular about the purposes, legal grounds, entities to which they were made available, time of deletion
    • restriction of data processing at the time of such declaration to the Administrator, the Administrator shall cease all activities on the personal data, except those to which the data subject has given his/her consent
    • The right to data portability The Administrator has the right to transfer data in a computer-readable format
    • rectification of personal data that concerns the person, thus the Administrator is obliged to check for errors in the processed personal data, correct them and complete them if they are incomplete
    • withdrawal of consent in a situation where consent has been given, the person whose data is being processed has the right to give such an instruction at any time, thus such an instruction does not exclude the right to process the data at a time prior to its giving
    • to express lack of consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes
    • to express non-consent to the processing of data for other legitimate purposes, e.g. in relation to a specific situation such as property protection
    • to lodge a complaint in a situation where the data subject considers that their processing by the Administrator violates the provisions of RODO
