Challenge:

  1. need to take the initiative showing support to contractors, people who use the services of the institution.
  2. Contest announced on Social Media – involvement in joint activities.
  3. Need to obtain prizes in the competition.


    For this project, we had the following client materials at our disposal:

    1. vinyl roll’ups – internal advertising materials.
    2. outdated materials, promoting EU-funded programs.

Implementation:

  1. The overriding value of the project: maximizing the use of available resources. For the preparation of the offer, the available amount and type of materials were taken into account and the products with the highest possible percentage of use of second-hand materials were presented for selection
  2. Objective: to engage in joint activities with a group of recipients – the Authority’s contractors, which at the same time constitutes the Promotion of a responsible attitude in accordance with the principles of the Closed Circuit Economy.
  3. Project assumptions: response to Current activities and current needs of the institution.
  4. proposal presented: utility products made of vinyl
    – tailored to the needs of potential participants in the competition
    – tailored to the needs of the contractors of the Provincial Labor Office
    – focusing on maximum use of used promotional materials
  5. Customer choice:
    – pencil cases/cases
    – document folders
    – kidneys

 

Results:

The Provincial Labor Office in Szczecin, as a public utility, has a unique role in shaping commitment to building a sustainable future. Therefore, it collected unnecessary materials promoting outdated information projects and decided to reuse them. With our help, the products, produced in cooperation with the local Wheelchair Cooperative, found their use in a contest announced on social media.

The choice of products guaranteed our client :
– saving the funds allocated for the disposal of post-advertising materials
– reuse of materials on which funds were previously spent
– usefulness of the products that were produced
– material for marketing communication
